Clean store, friendly staff. Chicken was fresh and hot. Ordered multiple items from both KFC and Taco Bell menus. Order was... correct. Wait time was average. Not sure why this restaurant received some bad reviews. Have stopped here before and havenever had an issue. Read more
Usually a very long wait regardless of how many cars are in line. Usually incorrect order. Gave them another try tonight and... everything was correct and good, I won't be so hesitant to go again. The wait was pretty long, but they don't really staffadequately for the business they get, so that's not on the workers. Read more
Employees cussing in the lobby, management was being short fused with 3 of the customers that had taken back their orders in the... span of 20 minutes which is also how long it took for 3 tacos. Everyone was waiting ridiculously long for two item orders whileemployees were wandering around. I don't normally care about these things but everyone was just so incompetent and frustratedwith customers for orders they had incorrectly made. Read more
Very poorly managed, plan to wait and double check your order BEFORE you leave!! Went on for take out went back to the car,... didn't get what we ordered and was told that since we went out of the building they had to call the district manager and stillcouldn't give a refund. Awful!!! When I went in there was an elderly lady standing waiting to be waited on. She told Me she had been there a few minutes... already. So I hollered back and got her some help. They took her order and mine. She got a couple chicken dinners and all I gotwas a bowl of Mac n cheese. We waited well over 20 minutes. They were only focused on taking and filling drive thru orders.Another couple people came in after us and they got their more complex order way before we did. Other people came and left causethey were told would be 5-10 min wait or longer cause drive thru was busy. Why is the drive thru more important than the peoplestanding inside that have already paid. Meanwhile the elderly lady?s knees and back were starting to bother her. We ended upgetting our food about the same time so I waited and helped her (she had a cane) get everything to her car and made sure she hadgotten into it ok. Very displeased and will not be going back to that location again. Had similar long wait last time beforethis also for same reason. Never have an issue at the other 2 locations. Read more
Nothing wrong with food (supposedly). One of their employees was eating while making food! Masks are mandatory (which is great)... but only for some customers; not sure on what basis they were discriminating this. Extremely rude, as the pink hair manager screamed at us to leave the lobby and only the drive thru was open. Put up signs and... lock the doors then. Let alone there was no vehicles in the drive thru. When we pulled in she was outside with 2 other employeessmoking.... Read more
