I ordered at 4:44pm and it's now 5:35pm and no pizza. I called the store and my order won't be here until 6! This is the second... time it's taken over an hour to have a pizza delivered. In the past I've always ordered before 5pm to avoid the dinner rush andit's been right on time with their estimated arrival time. I don't know if they have new management or what is going on, but theservice is terrible now! Papa John's you've officially lost a customer. Read more
Placed an online order waited the time it said it would be delivered and nothing so I called multiple times to just be hung up... on so got something else to eat when coming back to hotel pizza arrived it?s already been over an hour! I don?t want the pizzajust a refund maybe if they answer their phone and just gave an update it would of been fine. I don?t recommend this place! Read more
Worst service if someone answers after being hung up on 3 time ( 2nd time ordering & last). It says on their door that they... close at 9:00, yet the lady August 10th and guys working previously continuously tell me that they close at 8:00. I guess youguys hate money. Read more
I placed an online order and wanted to call the papa John?s staff at this location to ensure that my pizza uses only mozerilla... cheese and bake more than usual well done. The person who received my call told me to go on hold and never got back to me. Icalled again and she told me stop spam calling us we are really busy and again put me to hold immediately. I am not planning topick up pizza now. I am not sure I will ever order from this location. Update: Added 3 more stars. The location called me andmade a new pizza for me including my preferences.
