Let me start this by simply saying I have been to several different Popeyes all over the country. I understand there are times... when things happen. Having said this I'll get to the point. This Popeyes has singlehandedly made my fiance and I no longer fansof Popeyes chicken. We love little Nicky (some of You will get this!) it's the main reason I tried this tasty little chickendelight over the colonel. I mean face it the colonel is awesome but Popeyes is a very close second. ONLY BECAUSE OF THIS POPEYS.I have walked out with no service the last three times i have been there. First time ok yes it was busy I get it. Second timethere wasn't even 5 people in total (including the drive through) then we left not even a word. Today was worse. There were 8employees in total in the fried chicken hatchery and three Total customers yes ,one in the drive through, two inside. We werethere for fifteen minutes as Karen (not mentioning real names) and Mikey had time to joke and the other 5 we're standing aroundtalking about how much fun Susie's life was and how concerned they were with mikes attendance. (Again not real names.) At thispoint not once but 5 Times the same employee had walked to the counter and walked away. No hello no please wait one minute.Nothing. Not from one employee was there and kind of acknowledging gesture, word, hint,note,hell, even a look. I tried to speakas my anger started to bubble like the delicious looking Mac and cheese next to it's friendly fried chicken bestie. I wantedthat chicken cheese duo so bad. So I bit my tongue and waited. Time dragged by like I was waiting on a pregnancy test resultfrom a drunk night of bad decisions. I figured I was being impatient as my fiance told me to calm down a bit. I checked my wristtime indicator and yes 15 minutes and not one word to me or my fellow bald patron next to me. Great service. Fast and friendly. Food is always fresh and hot. This is the only Popeyes in the area. All other options are an... hour away, but this one is the best. Plus the prices are great. Read more
This place sucks. We went here a couple years ago and it took FOREVER to get our food. We decided to give it another chance... and low and behold, it took forever to get our food. We didn't even order a bucket, just two of the individual meals and itstill took almost a half an hour. Used to my girlfriend entire lunch break and had to rush to eat our very average food. In noworld can I recommend this place when KFC exists. Read more
