I ordered a grilled cheese burrito double steak and got a regular burrito. Not a big deal till I walk up to return the burrito... to get what I ordered and he told me he couldnt re make my order but he would give me steak to put on myself!!! It's not eventhe same it's got beans on it that I hate and it's got beef and I ordered STEAK!!! So make sure your order is right before youleave the counter because they won't fix it even if your in the lobby eating!!! Read more
Waited over 15 minutes for our food. Watched 10 other orders that ordered after us get done before ours. Finally someone asked... why ours hasn't been completed yet. They always have young kids working here which is really cool to give kids fresh out of high school employment and a nice... paycheck. I have no complaints with this Taco Bell I've been going here for over 10 years and I painted the establishment.....Enjoy ???? Read more
I must?ve been so desperate to even think about ordering ?food? from this place!! After waiting to order for literally 20... minutes (there was only 1 car ahead of me) I FINALLY received this GARBAGE!! Taco supreme with nothing but greasy meat substanceand soggy lettuce. Haven't been to KFC in years and just had a taste for it. Nothing like it used to be. Extra crispy was quite salty and the crust... just crumbled. The biscuit was like a rock. It also crumbled. This place is literally a joke. The prices are higher than any other Taco Bell around. They either mess up my order or... completely rip me off. My daughters popcorn chicken is so hard she can barely chew it like it was sitting in a cabinet for awhile and my taco is basically just shell. Also would like to add that they always say they only have popcorn chicken in largesize which is fine but we usually get it in a box with twice as much. would rather drive to the one in horseheads than spend mymoney here. Come here every now and again, every single time they forget half of my order. Lady with the pink hair took my order and was far... from polite. The foods decent, but I?m sick of coming here and leaving with half of my order. Paid $35 for food for my son, mygirlfriend and I, left with probably $20 of food. Couldn?t go in due to the high volume of people and I had my 11 month old son.Tried calling and they don?t answer. Absolutely terrible service overall. Read more
