It's a Wendy's. Not as many of them as BK or McD. This is a busy location. We stood in line for quite a while before placing the... order. Then they forgot an item, had to look closely at receipt, like they didn't believe me. I know what I ordered and I knowwhat's missing! They maybe understaffed but it didn't seem to be. Just that busy I guess. The soda machine was a mess. Barelyany room for a cup because of all the ice in the way. At least the condiments area was ok and garbage cans not overflowing likeother places. Worst chlil ever. Never had chunks of hamburgers cut up inside. Wonder how old was hamburger. It was not the chli I'm used... to. Asked for extra crackers we ordered 4 chilis. We had 14 spoons and 3 crackers. Chili was Luke warm. I threw mine out. Thegirl was throwing the hot sauce into bag like a game. Service is not up to par. Did not wipe side of chili that was spilled onit. Oh and only had 3 crackers because we needed 14 spoons. Terrible. I will venture elsewhere. Good Luck with hiring. Read more
HORRIBLE customer service. The food was gross and cold as if it had been sitting out for hours. The dude working the front had... long greasy hair with no hair net. Also wasn't wearing any gloves while touching money and other stuff then handling food. Yuck! Read more

Just left this Wendy's. 1st did not get drinks correct. 2nd one of the sandwiches had the mayo on the outside of the bun. 3rd... all fries were cold and gross. Horrible service and food! Read more
I haven't been here in 2 years because of the poor service and quality of food that I received last time. Today it was really... good. I had a medium #1. The fries were perfectly salted and my burger was made perfectly as ordered. They have a very largeselection of drinks at their fountain, which I am personally happy about. Standard fast food fare- you get exactly what you would expect when purchasing a meal from this, or any Wendy's that you... visit. Newer remodel, very neat and contemporary interior. Other than the occasionally cantankerous soda machine, very nice,pleasant, and "as you would expect" experience. Read more
I tried to go through the drive-thru at this Wendy's as I have done many times before. No answer at the speaker, no answer at... the phone, would not look at me when I drove up to the window. This was at 9:02 PM. I waited 4 minutes before calling, thenpulled up after two more minutes. No sign posted anywhere, except about the lettuce shortage. There were AT LEAST two people inthe building who worked there. If they had to randomly close, write something on a piece of paper and stick it on the drivethru!!!! Don't know what happened but this closure, approved or not, was not handled professionally. Read more
