Require to either make a nice restaurant for eat in or just have pick up. Not a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a meal on site
I love Swiss chalet but this location is horrible for wait times. Prepare for a minimum 20 minute wait for a single meal of... quarter chicken. Very disappointed as we would eat there more of this wasn't the case. Tried to order ahead and still waited 15minutes after the pick up time. Read more

Ordered the festive special and did not receive any stuffing for the whole family and also no chalet sauce for the chicken. I'm so tired of giving this place my money for takeout only to arrive home to find that once again, they didn't put everything... in the bag. This time I specifically went there for the "festive" special. I get home and surprise the "festive" pieces aremissing. We have given this place enough chances and enough of our money. We're done! Thus a great Swiss chalet. We ordered a family meal and everything was freshly made.
Food was not as advertised extremely small portions!
