Drive thru. I don't know how to emphasize easily that I want a vanilla shot in my tea. And most often I get cream and I ask... for milk. Vanilla shot is probably not popular bit the staff should read the screen. And what's up with not cutting bagels. Is this a new time-saver??? Read more
Used to be a great joint. There?s now about 5 or 6 young teenagers behind the counter that don?t really care about anything.... Twice now they have neglected to put the syrup in my iced coffee. Just couldn?t be bothered. Everyone in there moves the pacedof a drunk snail. No motivation. I realize a job at a fast food restaurant isn?t the most motivating but the service there makesor breaks the customer?s day. All around a lazy careless place. Read more

Literally the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Absolutely useless. Slowest wait time ever if you even get an answer at the... drive thru window. Waited for 2 mins tonight at the speaker and nothing, yelled hello few times nothing drove up to the window,see employees just walking around doing random stuff. I knock on the window and wave a few times noone even looks up or towardsthe window. Some lady even walked up to the window cleaning the floor and didn't even notice me?? Food was tasty enough, but, service was slow inside. If you have a clock to judge speed of service for the drive through, then... you should have a clock for service inside too (or have more staff). This has become a trend in many a chain since COVID wherethe drive through has been prioritized over the inside service. Some people still eat inside and shouldn't be neglected. Read more
I would recommend going to the McDonalds down the street instead. Ordered an iced mocha latte, just got an iced latte. Staff... wasn?t sure if there was chocolate sauce in it? when it was determined there wasn?t, it would seem I was given it as a side. Notbig on deconstructed coffees. Also previously ordered a grilled cheese? the bread was lightly toasted. Cheese was still verycold. Staff were pleasant, but this store needs to improve its training and quality control. Read more
