Pre-ordered for 430 pm. Pizza was just coming out of the oven when I got there. Was very good.

I called this twice the deal and was rushed to make my order and than the man tried to bargain with me to buy a cancelled pizza... with wings for 50 dollars when my order was only 20 bucks. I had to give him my address and when I did it took them an houruntil they decided to call and say they couldn?t find it. So we fixed that by giving them the address again and now we waitedanother HOUR for me to call the driver and she HANGS up! I was nothing but polite and was met with horrible customer service. Sothen I called the store back about the order and he told me that I talked to quiet and slow when that was because apparently hecouldn?t pick up what I was saying on his phone. And he also hung up on me first before that too. I?ve never had this badcustomer service in my life and would not recommend this to anybody thinking of ordering from this pizza joint. All I wanted wasa simple peperoni pizza and they couldn?t even do that. No wonder the person before us cancelled their order. Read more
Ordered and picked up a pizza and it was not at all good. One of the toppings, broccoli was burnt and thus had to remove it... completely. I think this was our first and last time having a pizza from here.... Read more
I was delighted to find that Best Pizza in Elmira. The Pizza was incredible and all the ingredients were fresh, the crust was on... another level. I was really blown away by it and the passion/interest that me and my friends received from the employees wereamazing. Overall the special slices were also fantastic too. Worst pizza to date. No sauce at all. So dry you can grab the pointy part of the slice and it stands straight. Can?t taste any... of the sparse toppings. It just hit the garbage and I ordered one from pyramid. They always make a good pizza. Read more
