Sunday afternoon plenty of parking, entering restaurant there was no waiting. Immediately party of 5 escorted to booth. The... waitress was very professional and extremely pleasant. Nice place, prices have gone up very high without an increase in quality or quantity. Drinks are very weak. Way to much ice in... my opinion watered down drink anyways. The food came in a untimely manner. With the break your teeth onion rings,so hard that Ihave a dentist appointment due to my broken front tooth????????????. Adding Sweet potato fries would be a better improvement.Checking on the orders. This would help get the food to customers hot instead of having to eat fast,before it gets cold. Read more

I hope the management sees this and gets to work on this after seeing the review of many people. The staff is really laid back... even when it gets busy, we sat down there for almost 20 mins to get served, we called the server who was walking by to just geta glass of water as we were walking. I tried calling another server said sorry your server have to serve it. After seeing thiswe just thought to just order a little appetizer and walk out from there. This place honestly needs attention with customerservice. I hope this gets some solution to this existing customer service problem. May come back after a long time and changethe review status. It was honestly such a nice place. We got seated quickly. The food was great. The worker was lovely, her name is Keyoshia W. She... was really sweet when we asked her if we could move our seats. The atmosphere was nice. We got 2 strawberry lemonades and 1strawberry banana smoothie. Usually the lemonades are too strong but this one was just right. This Applebee's has a very diner vibe to it. It's small but very home-y and chill. The server we got is really really nice, and... polite! Food is better than okay, but not mindblowingly good. The place is quite clean and the environment is nice. Overall areally really good experience! Would recommend this place to people who wants to eat good food with cheap price! Read more
