Terrible customer service. Lots of eye rolling and slacking, food took forever as well.
Food and drinks was great. Our waitress was really nice and patient with my group. I also enjoyed the Bachata music.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went in person not acknowledged, servers in their own conversation,... I walked out. I gave them another chance by ordering food to deliver ,after waiting for an hour I called to see the status of myorder, was put on hold for 20 min. With no one coming back to the phone and was hung up on, called back to be hung up each time!Will never frequent this establishment again, don't care how good their food my be!! Read more
