Terrible customer service. Lots of eye rolling and slacking, food took forever as well.
Food and drinks was great. Our waitress was really nice and patient with my group. I also enjoyed the Bachata music.

The food is ok, but the customer service is HORRIBLE, especially for black customers. I gave them a few opportunities, and they... were consistently unpleasant - short responses, disregarded us when other non-black customers walked in, etc. Read more
Food is good but customer service is the worse, I order online and they didn’t bring me the side order, I call the restaurant... and they told me very rude that everything was complete I explained to her that not because we where missing the fries for mychicken parmigiana, after a while arguing she say will send the delivery with my fríes, after one hour call back the restaurantand she says it was on its way but the delivery never came. we used to order every week and i feel so bad about this experience.is been 3 month so far. I want to start with saying how lazy these people are. Probably my luck, every time I try to give them another chance. They just... prove me right. 1st time I was disappointed was with a “morir soñando” which is technically evaporated milk and orangejuice. Sounds disgusting but it’s SUPPOSE to be bomb. I was given one with expired milk it smelled sour and there were tinypieces of white I’m guessing bad milk. I would’ve gone back out I was already half way to the Bronx that day. 2nd trip theyoffered a drink while I waited for my order. I thought this was a great karma turn around, 2 grown ladies arguing who was goingto make my drink because 1 wanted to go home and the other lady was busy. Last but not least, I got home I decided to take myorder home. They left the piece of wrapper on the salami, thank god I took pics because I was OVER IT. Please check your foodbefore you leave! This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went in person not acknowledged, servers in their own conversation,... I walked out. I gave them another chance by ordering food to deliver ,after waiting for an hour I called to see the status of myorder, was put on hold for 20 min. With no one coming back to the phone and was hung up on, called back to be hung up each time!Will never frequent this establishment again, don't care how good their food my be!! Read more
