I ordered a plain pizza and they sent me one with pepperoni on it. For religious reasons i dont eat pepperoni, so i called back... and they sent me another pizza w chicken. The delivery driver had the audacity to ask for another tip ontop of what i gave himfor the wrong pie. 0 stars if i could absolutely horrendous. Read more
We order pizza online to pickup from store but when I went to store at the front desk guy didn?t respond to me I ask 2 times for... pickup but they never respond to me acting like I am getting something free after 10 mints other guy came and I ask again topick up my pizza then he give me my pizza. This the second time where I ordered pizza from this location and it's under cooked. The pizza is literally still doughy, the... cheese has no color. It's like they rush to get them delivered so fast that they don't spend the time letting them cook; andmind you, I make sure that I select "Well Done" on every order. And it's like they just throw all the ingredients on the pizza,instead of putting the cheese first then toppings, they put the toppings first then the cheese so everything is under cooked andraw. If I have to put the pizza in my oven for an additional 10-15 minutes to allow it to cook then it defeats the purpose ofbuying. Food is great don't get me wrong but the service is terrible. One of the delivery drivers comes to the door with the pizza... wearing no mask or gloves or anything to protect himself or the customer. The no contact delivery is nonsense he waits at thedoor and hands the pizza directly to you as if the pandemic never happened. After telling him many times to wear a mask helaughs and comes closer. Also every time I write in the notes to just drop off the pizza st the front door he still doesn't. Read more
This place is a hit and miss sometimes then have great service or bad like this time I open the sauce and I get this, some times... it's full and the food is eh not so great other locations are worst that's why I come here cause it's 50 50 has its good partsand bad parts in one order mean while other places it's just bad smh Read more
Order is simple Large Stuffed Crust with half pineapple. I got a regular crust large pizza half pepperoni?. Had i didn?t pay the... extra $3 for the stuffed crust i would have just accepted the negligence. But this is just blatant ignorance. Read more
