Staff was friendly food was fresh and hot restaurant was clean would stop in again if in the area.

8/14/2022 12:34am I was provided the names of the staff by James, who stated he was the manager and he was also not helpful but... even with his dry sarcasm and nonchalant attitude, was polite. Krysti and Pamela, as well another older lady on the staffneeds better training when a customer asks for an item they are unfamiliar with or is known by another name. Pamela chose toyell into the mic and developed a much worse attitude when I asked to lower the volume because I couldn?t understand what shewas saying. Pamela has a terrible attitude, which was not in line with the Wendy?s Corporation or their customer service. Sheseems very unhappy with her position at your establishment or perhaps additional training is required in such a high paced andpopular location, which is very near to the UBS arena in Elmont. Also, when I paid Krysti, she initially didn?t give me areceipt, which is standard procedure in all standard and ethical places of business. When I requested my proof of purchase, sherudely states that ?I didn?t take your order?, which indicates she was fully aware that the interaction with her colleague wasnot appropriate. I asked Krysti for the name of the person who took my order and she was very rudely stated that ?it?s none ofyour business? a few times and dismissed my request for the name of the individual by telling me to drive up. I stated it is mybusiness because I need the name when I contact corporate to which she replied ?corporate doesn?t give a sh*t?. I?m certain thatTodd A. Penegor Wendy?s CEO and the rest of the Headquarters executive team would be shocked to learn this. Allowing staff toact in a rude and aggressive manner to customers at work is certainly not up to Wendy?s corporate standards or their customerservice. I understand the urge to defend colleagues but when they?re wrong, they?re wrong. I never really had any reason to complain about Wendy's except for once when the fries were too salty and burnt. This Wendy's... was extremely clean even though people were dining in. It did feel a bit weird because the entrance I took I didn't notice thekiosk and had to be redirected to it. The service was great and my food was good. Read more

Standing at the register for about 10 minutes as they ignored me ( too busy with the drive thru) . Only until i spoke up and... then she said go to the kiosk we dont take orders in the front. I could of understood, but you chose to ignore me standing therethe whole time. Worst service. Read more

Manager was VERY RUDE. She needs training on customer sevice. I brought a dave double but was given a dave single. I nicely... brought it to her attention and she turn around and said ?give me a patty? to her employee. Rather to give me what i ordered,she gave me a patty in a plastic bowl and said here. When i said i rather another sandwich, she said ? what, are you too good toput the patty in there.? ????????. Not going back there. Read more

Normally this location is good but they?re very slick.. I ordered a medium combo and the drink came with way more ice than the... actual lemonade, a few sips already took it down by a quarter. It was also extremely watered down. This is just more of a reasonto stay away from fast food when they?ll skimp you anyway. Read more

My wife and daughter had just performed at their Dance Ministry Graduation. The ceremony was fantastic but like a lot of... graduations, it was long and ended pretty late. My wife chose Wendy's to grab a bite to eat. We all love Wendy's and thislocation did not let us down. We were the last customers allowed to enter the dining area and there was no line. Our cashier wasattentive and pleasant. After ordering for five(5) I looked around and noticed the dining room wasn't in the best shape butthere was an older man cleaning the floors. We took the food to-go and everyone seemed happy with their meal. Read more
