Need more attention to detail. More often than not they get my order wrong
Usually no issues. Really dislike the awkward drive through and parking though always have. Giving three because staff is... usually always nice and I know they are working hard. However hours need to be updated and posted for public. And also maybe donot cut people off when they have been waiting to order for 5 min in the drive through..... I guess the drive through wasclosing at 9pm(????) and a worker walked out at 8:50 and walked past 4 cars, myself included and blocked the drive through so... We just have been waiting for 5 plus minutes and it's before 9 and you are not going to take the ordersbecause....???? Maybe find a different way of how this is handled? Like putting the milk cartons behind the last car waiting sono others can come but take the cars that have been waiting that were there before close!? Would guest that come inside toorder at 845 be told to leave if they were inside waiting on staff to take their order? Just was a bit madding was all. Read more
I ordered 2 big Mac meals and 20 pack chicken nuggets. Got home and was missing a big Mac. Went back and let them know I was... missing the big Mac from my order. I was polite and respectful. They told me that they couldn't give me it (although I paid forit?!)and took my name and number down saying someone would call me. Still waiting for that call. From now on I will sit andcheck my order before I leave the window. I will no longer pull ahead and wait for any order either. Very disappointed with howthey handled this. Read more
Last 3 times I?ve gone through the drive through, I keep getting a wrong order, pretty easy, double quarter pounder, no cheese,... extra pickles, I?ve gotten it with cheese. A Big Mac, and even just a quarter pounder with no cheese. I mean these are kindaclose, but come on, it?s on a screen, the girl recaps your order AND it?s printed on the receipt! How is this so hard?! I?veworked in the fast food industry in the past. Granted one can make a mistake a Few times but it seem like every time lately. Ican?t be the only one having these issues. What a great bakery! We tried the strawberry flakies, Nanaimo bars, tea biscuits and fresh bread. EVERYTHING was delicious. I... need to go back and try their breakfast because I bet that's great too. Read more
I frequently stop at this location on my way from Halifax to the rest of the province. They have messed my order up a few times... but they're always quick to fix it, just have to make sure you're not on the highway already. Staff are all friendly andhelpful. It's a relatively quick McDonald's. Restaurant itself is fine. Read more
Terrible customer service and no logic with the employees. I was overcharged on iced coffee, offered a refund and then refunded... the whole amount instead of the difference. Instead of just owing the mistake and giving the $1 iced coffee they wanted me topay again and do the whole process on my debit for the third time (holding up a very long drive thru line up). Logically wouldhave made sense just to refund the difference or just give the $1 coffee for the mistake on overcharging. They even took theiced coffee back at the pick up window from the cardboard tray. Read more
