Every time I come to this dubkin I'm disappointed. The workers here don't know how to make coffee. Not even a regular cup of... coffee. There's no flavor. All water. Please someone from dunkin corporate retrain the employees from this establishment. Ispend a lot of money on dunkin. But here it goes to waste. Read more

Very disappointed I ordered the hummus toast and the pesto grilled cheese, both were awful the bread wasn't sourdough bread of... toasted! Spent time at this place while waiting for the rain to die down. While waiting I saw they have a promo for a Medium Latte. I... asked the cashier if it was for Iced or hot only. She responded its for any latte. So follow up question was can I get itflavored and she confirmed yes. So I ordered an iced Mocha Latte. When I was about to pay I wasnt charged the correct amount andshe said it would fix itself once you already paid for it so I paid with using my card. The price never took the advertisedprice. Not a big deal at this point as I would be dining in and utilizing the stores heat so its fine. As soon as I got my drinkit tasted like a regular latte checked my drink sticker and it did say Mocha looked around my clear cup and I did not see anytype of chocolate sauce/syrup whatsoever. So I bought this to the beverage handout persons attention and she had the audacityto argue with me stating thats how it goes. If this ever goes to management can you please retrain the staff and teach themproper beverage recipes. Read more
I wish I could give this place no stars but here is my gripe. I ordered the Coffee bags that were clearly marked at 3Lbs for $... 19.99 and when the cashier rung my order it was for $ 29.97. I asked the cashier why did I get charged this amount when theprice on the display said 3 Lbs for $19.99. She the cashier went to get the manager and she rudely pulled the display and saidthat the special starts next week and went straight to the back without even apologizing. I?m not sure if I?m going to buy yourbrand anymore because that was just illegal to pull a display and rude not to even look back and apologize. I bought the threebags at the regular price but I will start spending my money elsewhere. ???? Read more
This Dunkin donuts is great and the employees are even better. They have great service and great food. My favorite is the three... cheese croissant or a bagel twist. I most definitely will come back here today and I recommend you do now. Read more
The best donuts and staff out of the many Dunkins I have been to, by far. The donuts are so fresh and soft, worth it everytime.... I have only been coming to this one regularly for about a week because of a job I have in the area, and the manager already knewwhat I like to order. Love that kind of service! Read more
