I recently spent two mornings doing some interviewing at this particular Dunkin' donuts. I enjoyed the corn glazed donuts that... were absolutely spectacular. The workers were very helpful and the place was extremely clean. I had their refreshing iced tea asI normally do. Two days in a row of happiness at a Dunkin' donuts, boy was I lucky. the young lady who took my order acted as if I was an inconvenience to her she took my order. As a manager with several years in... customer service at many levels from a dry cleaners cashier to Bank Management I understand someone having a bad and yes itmight be a job at Dunkin Donuts you never know whose order you might be taking could offer you your next opportunity. They are the nicest people so I gave them 2 stars, but they ALWAYS get even the simplest orders wrong. I have to return to fix... my oede each visit. It happens more often than not. Read more
The worst store I have ever been to. The employees have bad attitude problems. I ordered a plain bagel and a bagel twist on line... at 8:03.. I didn't get my order until 8:30. The bagel twist wasn't even warmed up.. the purpose of ordering ahead is do u don'thave to wait but that's not the case in this store.. I visit Dunkin Donuts more than twice a day, every day. I never experienced such a rude employee as I did this evening. Besides... that he spilt hot coffee on another customer. My transaction was not accurate and instead of him refunding the money to me, hevoided out the entire transaction. Clearly, I would not receive my credit, as I was overcharged. All I did was confirm he didrefund the transaction and his exact word was "why" and repeated that same word many times. He finally returned the correctchange back to me, however in a arrogant tone. I received my order and the coffee was not properly made so I asked him to addwhat I asked for. After, he did, I said "thank you" and he simply turned his head and said nothing in reply. So I stopped at this Dunkin? Donuts to get a cup of coffee and waited in line for two other people to get their coffee. It was... my turn at the counter when the server asked what I would like so I said good morning then proceeded with my coffee order. As Iwas placing my order she asked me to hold on and she handed the gentlemen behind me his cup of coffee so I stepped to the side.He grabbed his coffee and then stepped back behind me so I moved back to the window and started to place my order again and shehanded another gentlemen his coffee.
