Always great! Love it. Friendly staff and they put up with a lot of annoying people like me who get enamored with the menu.

Horrible place! Drinks are pure water, milk, and bitter. Doughnuts ???? are soggy. Customer service is bad, especially this... Hispanic worker who is not very nice. Three workers ended up serving us. I called number only for the gas station to pick up,and ask me to call back, so they can tell someone at DD that a customer needed to speak to a Manager, and it is the same number.Called. It doesn't take a business major to see that this place is understaffed. Long lines, 15 minutes for a coffee and 3 people... inside working flat out failing to keep up. If the management just saw how many drivers slow down and then drive off when theysee the line they'd see that they're throwing profits away not just annoying their customers. the wait is ALWAYS so long!!! I?m talking over 30 mins. This is the fourth time this is now happened. Nobody even comes on the... speaker to say they will be right with you I?m sorry about the wait.. nothing ! I just sit looking at the speaker until someonedecides to come on 5 min later. One car will sit at the window for 10 min just getting what they ordered. This is a drive thruand it?s nowhere near quick and easy! I?m very disappointed with this drive thru location. Read more
Gives more milk than coffee. Never knows how to make good coffee. Just drive a mile down to the next one. Avoid at all cost
