If it were possible to give negative stars I would. A bunch of miserable smug twenty somethings who don?t seem to want to be... anywhere but home in bed. Orders constantly wrong, attitude constantly from the staff. Id rather lick spilled coffee off of theparking lot than get it from the strombolis who work there. This morning I gave my coffee back because the genius girl workingthe drive-thru couldn?t figure out how to charge my card. I?d be embarrassed to hold that franchise in my portfolio. Read more
Standard dunks met my expectations and I walked out with a fresh and warm egg and cheese sandwich.
Waited 30 MINUTES FOR AN ONLINE PICK UP ORDER and only half of it was even ready!! All of the hot food only started cooking 30... mins after placing the order and only because I said something. Ordered a beyond sausage no egg no cheese and got real sausage.I don?t eat meat!! Seriously what is wrong with these employees?!! All you need to do is READ THE TICKET!!!
