Combination KFC and Taco Bell. The place is run down and has been for well over a decade. The people working there are upbeat.
The worst KFC experience of my life. I waited over 20 minutes at the drive-thru. When I pulled up to pick up my order I was... interrupted by a customer who had double-backed and was asking for her order to be redone. I waited another 5 minutes for KFC toremedy the previous customer's order. When I received my sandwich I checked and saw that I had the wrong order. I also did whatthe customer ahead of me had done: I double-backed and asked for my order to be replaced. While I was waiting for my replacementthe server gave the wrong order to the customer behind me. It was a mess. When I finally received my order it was a mess. Theservers had clearly slapped it together haphazardly before handing it to me. I will not return to this place. Read more
This place is just plain nasty. The workers could not seem less interested in providing any level of customer service. I asked... if the 2 for 3 special was still being honored and the cashier told me "uh I don't know so just order them and it'll tell youthe cost". I asked if there was an option to just get the sandwich without the drink (I hate Pepsi) and he told me, with anattitude, "the menu is over there". Thanks, pal. Very helpful. I didn't notice that 10 foot menu board behind you. Forgiveme for asking a question. I'll be sure to not bother you again with my patronage. And, above all, this place really needs ahealth inspection. I grew up working with food. Fruit flies and sticky syrup stains on a soda fountain are the first signs ofa dirty establishment. Read more
Food is good, service is NOT. When I pulled up to the window they were so fast I couldn't even ask for a receipt before they... slammed the window shut! Then, when I drove away and checked my bag they forgot the cookie to my meal! Although this is "fastfood," they need to take a minute to give the customer the courtesy they and their meal deserve. My order was taken and given to me fast! A very helpful young man named Andy helped me with all of my problems despite me taking... a long time to order. I saw another young man with the name tag Matthew who was packing fast and precisely even though i hadswitched one of my side orders. I was so impressed i had to ask to speak to a manager and the manager named Alicia was verypleasant and kind! I will definitely be back again very soon!!!!!! Read more
Food was ok. The place is in disgusting state of repair. Walter marks and bowing of many ceiling tiles wallpaper peeling from... the walls the light fixtures with bulbs out is signage with moss hanging off of it on the outside. Read more
This is the worst store ever. My pet roach can operate and run this store better. Your order is more likely than not incorrect.... You can never get a receipt. They keep it so you can't get the promos for free or discount meals. The soda machine (Pepsi)rarely works. The staff is pleasant. I'm sure they get tired of lying to customers on a daily basis. Ordered food from here Thursday March 17th 2022 and began feeling sick a few hours later on my way home from work. My stomach... hurt terrible and I didn't know if I was going to go to the bathroom or puke. For the next 4 days I couldn't get out of thebathroom!! It was terrible! Ended up at urgent care on Sunday getting meds for vomiting and nausea which helped me alot. It isalmost a week later and I still don't feel the best. POINT BEING DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE-- also heard high school kidsgot sick from the same KFC around the same time!! Read more
