This is my first time at this location other than going through the drive-thru. The location closest to me had no seats. I will... not be back as the environment was not at all relaxing or even enjoyable. I understand it isn?t a library, but I shouldn?t haveto hear employees that are not working, shouting back and forth with their coworkers. This one person was even sitting down at atable for the most part, shouting. It went on for majority of my visit, and was very annoying. I could hear their convos without being anywhere near them. Only reason I gave two stars is because the drinks were normal Starbucks drinks, not lackingthere. Read more

Great place, very welcome, coffee is so good .
Really good spacious place but unfortunately the stuff is playing music so loud that it is impossible to have conversation or... phone call. Coffee shops should be place to relax and have a cup of coffee and not disco bar. I asked stuff politely if they canlower the music but instead they made it louder. To be clear this is not the only Starbucks with too loud music, it is challengeto find the place with discrete and pleasant music. Read more
This is a huge issue Starbucks has. They NEVER include straws with their deliveries. I called once again (due to having a drink... sent without a straw and making it unable to drink) and I spoke to a Mark, who was very cynical and said there was nothing hecould do. He said he personally can?t bring me the straw, so he doesn?t know what to tell me - and was snarky, unbothered, andapathetic. I will never give this location business again, and if I didn?t love Starbucks so much, I would stop orderingforever. Corporate needs to SERIOUSLY address their delivery service.
