I went at 10:08 pm this evening after a long day at work, and the guy at the counter said they were closed. The door was open,... the sign on the door says they're open until 10:30, and it says the same on google. Not great, especially after all the negativepublicity theyve received in recent weeks. I ordered two sandwich melts and they gave me two regular sandwiches. When I called to tell them that, the staff told me to call... tomorrow morning to speak to the manager... why would I call tomorrow about food I wanted and paid for today? I also selectedcurbside pickup so I did not have to go to the store, the staff did not come outside so I had to go inside to get my order. Whyhave that option if you are not going to do it? This restaurant location is a mess and a joke. I won?t be ordering here againand I?ll be sure to let everyone know, there?s another Subway in Elmsford you can order at instead of this one. Read more
Was going to give 3 stars but reconsidered. It appears to be owner operated which gives it a more welcome feel. Sometimes the... guys behind the counter are more interested itn yapping to each other than actually listening to your order. Other than thatit's a better than average subway. Update As I visit this place more often the owner seems friendlier and less prejudice. Read more
Service was great as usual. Definitely 1 of the better Subways I've been to
