It's big, it's clean, and it's spacious and bright. The food is always good because it's a busy place. I stop on the way home... from the gym and sometimes have lunch. I really can't go wrong because the surface is good and I can always get a table. Parkingis easy. The bathrooms are very clean and I'm just a cheeseburger and french fries person with pulled iced tea. I love theirFrench fries. It's a great place to take the family as well and yes it's reasonably priced because it's fast food and eventhat's expensive today. So if you're in Elmsford, and you want a quick bite, this is the place to go. Read more
This Wendy's is pretty good. Service us great, staff is friendly and the environment is pretty good! They once got my order... wrong but apologized and corrected it immediately. Was impressed with their customer service. Would definitely recommend thisplace to others! Read more
They have good service. The employees are friendly. It is very clean. It is wheelchair accessible and has wheelchair accessible... parking as well. The only complaint we had was with our orders. We asked for particular toppings for our burgers but got all ofthe regular toppings. Read more
Staff always seems hurried, drive-thru line was backed all the way into the street and moved very slow. The young man at the... window handing out food didn't say a word and when I asked fir a spoon for ny frosty appeared to be put out by therequest. Order was accurate and food was hot and good. Lately, every time I order chicken sandwiches from this location, the chicken is always rubbery! I don?t get it! It used to be... really good here. Idk why the last few times I went, chicken was rubbery. Someone please explain. Read more
This is a very busy Wendy's so be prepared to wait, and be prepared for the car queue to extend into traffic on both sides to... get into one entrance in a busy street. There is a but of parking (20 spots or so). When it is as busy as I mentioned above, your best bet is to go in to order. This time, I stayed in drive-thru because I had little ones with me. The service was good;good hot and tasted fresh. I'm disappointed Wendy's changed the 4 for 4 to where you have no choices-- it's bacon burger only. Anyway, love the new add of Strawberry frostie (wish they added some real pieces of strawberries in our have an option for it).Overall, our food was great and well packed in the bag. The outside of the restaurant was fairly clean. Some of the Wendy'sstaff (2 makes) came out for break and/or to take the garbage out, and I observed one seeing a piece of litter and picking itup...excellent!! Read more
Been here as a DoorDash driver and usually it is efficient. Workers are friendly. The drive thru takes forever but the indoor... pick up is quite easy. Just check in and pick up. Clean. Nice bathroom. Read more
