i?m not sure how staff are allowed to wear what they want and not wear hairnets or gloves, (especially in fast food) as they?re... constantly handling food, because i work in fast food and am constantly being reminded to be sanitary / what to wear / how tostyle my hair etc. it seems as though this isn?t a corporate store? maybe there isn?t an actual owner, i?m not sure. it?sdefinitely pretty nasty in my opinion though. i?ve had mixed experiences with staff at the front counter and in the drivethrough. sometimes i?m served by a very friendly employee and sometimes they?re very rude and disrespectful with me. they arealways running out of things and their drink machines are almost always not working, they let me know in a rude manner and donothing to fix the obvious problem. otherwise my food is made in a timely manner and i?m served as soon as possible. They get an A for effort. Always short staffed, but when they do have what appears to be enough ... The place is sooooo small... that they are tripping over each other. Inside is always messy. Drive thru moves quite quickly though. Read more

Ordered a large fries with habenara sauce ( received only small fries without sauce ) and large poutine ( received only small... poutine). After Long wait in drive thru. Reached window given a parking ticket to wait. Absolutely not worthy after longwait. I didnt got my food what I paid for. Will never ever visit to any McDonalds from now onwards. Read more

Actually won't eat here. Daughter has got sick from the nuggets here twice. A few of the staff are lacking self care. Standing... at counter chewy away their finger nails then grabbed our cups. My 5 year old as blunt as she is politely told her she didn'twant the cups because she touch inside the cup after seconds of just chewing her fingers. Was very disturbing. Made my stomachturn. The girl taking our cash had the most dirtiest hands and dirt filled nails and grabbed a cookie from the desert tray withher dirt filled nails bare hands. I mean I love me some McDonald's aha but after seeing that and having my daughter throw uptwice after eating from here we went be back. Read more

What is wrong with staff?? I thought I was lucky walking in and no line but 15 mins later I walked out with 2 coffee. Please... clean your restaurant! Ice cream machine out getting repaired and the stuff on the ground behind it, and flies. Did a pre order with the app and picked up through drive-through. Still had to wait a bit for order (was 2 special items). One... special Big Mac was not built stable and had everything between top two buns and nothing between bottom two. Picture is after itwas rebuilt. Overall good. Read more

Went there today , nobody was wear hair nets or gloves. Didn't see anyone wash their hands. And one of our burgers had a short... brown hair in it. Didn't have time to turn around as the traffic was horrendous its self. I think the public health needs toinspect this location. The dirtiest place I have ever seen. The tables were all dirty that we couldn?t sit. There were many flies in store flying... everywhere. The floor was very dirty and full of leftovers. The food was not what we ordered. Not recommended at all. I wonderif this store has any manager? Read more
