This place is the worst Tim Hortons that I've ever been to. Their washrooms are closed even when drive-thru is open at 3pm. The... drive-thru is always slow. This causes lineups out to the road which can be very dangerous for those on the Highway. The placecloses very early, forcing people who get off work after 4pm to travel to Midland, Barrie or Penetang for Tims or go to one ofTims Hortons competitors. Read more
The staff is amazing, bubbly and kind at this location. They did not hesitate or get annoyed when we asked some questions on how... to ask for a drink made a specific way next time and they fixed their one mistake quick and efficiently. They are training theirstaff very well at this location and we appreciated how kind they where! Read more
Short haired child serving me my iced coffee forgot to give me a straw so I had to go over the counter to get it myself as she... was busy and she had the audacity to say" can you ask for a straw instead of reaching over for it". Sunday night and they make people wait 20 minutes. They do the trick where they don't take orders until they are ready so it... doesn't look bad for them but the line is out to the road. It wasn't busy and we still had issues. They girl had me repeat myorder several times. When I got the chili home it had no cheese, which I asked for, it looked like it was half eaten, and thegave me a half bin that looked like someone bit it. No butter. Literally every time I?ve been here they screw up my order but today certainly surprised me. I ordered a black coffee - easiest... on the menu. Left the shop, took a sip and it?s filled with sugar. Not going here again. Read more
You will be extremely lucky if you get your order and everything is right. From no sugar into hot drinks, to ordering a ham and... cheddar and getting a roast beef, to getting a grilled cheese and the cheese not even being melted. The list goes on andon. Pro: fastest drive thru experience ever today! Con: my coffee with 2M 1S tastes like water. Kind of like when you forget to put... the coffee pod in the Keurig and it ends up being watery milk with an almost non-existent remnant of coffees past. I almostalways get coffee at McDonalds, but today I really wanted a Tim's Boston cream donut. I think I'll stick with McCafe. Read more
It was always a little slow but it's really gone down hill in the last month. The weekday morning staff is still great but... outside that it seems like most of the employees hate their job and couldn't care less. It truly is a shame because it once wasgreat. Read more
