I took my daughter to this Smoothie King before school like I've done many times before. It was a totally different experience... this time. There was no one in line so I figured we were lucky. We waited 5 minutes for the girl to come to the speaker and sayit's going to be 10 minutes. Neither of us really understood her so I asked her to repeat it. She never answered. I drove up alittle to see if they were waiting on someone at the window. Nope.. I drove up to the window and saw 3 girls inside. One was onher cell phone, One was straightening the cups, and then one came from the back to greet us. This girl looked at me and actuallygreeted me by saying "I told you to wait 10 minutes" I tried to explain that I didn't understand her on the speaker. She justlooked at me and rolled her eyes. I looked at my daughter and we both agreed to go somewhere else. This girl has no businessworking with customers. I couldn't believe the way I was talked to. I will not be returning to this location anymore. I wasfuming when I left there. I now see why there were no customers in line. This girl is running them off. Smoothie King has neverbeen known for bad customer service. I have always had good experiences. I hate to see them going downhill like the rest of thechain restaurants. Shouldn?t take 20 mins for a smoothie when there is 2 person ahead of me. They were prioritizing the drive thru over customers... in the store. While I was waiting for my order I watched multiple employees behind the counter just talking and notworking. Y?all need to do BETTER! Read more
This store is so slow. Never knew it takes 15 plus minutes to get a smoothie. Probably the last time I waste my time coming... here. Came for a quick thing, for lunch break. I should have went and sat down for this long on a time. Keep in mind I?m stillwaiting and there is 3 people still in front of me. So it?s probably Going to be 30 -40 mins before I get my drink. I come to this smoothie king if not everyday at least every other day. Usually I get great service and the employees are usually... very professional but that wasn't the case today. It's really just a bunch of kids being very immature and one kid wasn't evenwearing his mask and the rest aren't wearing them correctly. Believe me I don't like having to wear a mask but I have to so theydo too. It's very unfortunate because usually I come in the mornings but it seems the evening crew is just not up to the task. I come to this smoothie king almost every morning just because of convenience. The new store is beautiful but that doesn't... makeup for the quality. I purchased a 40oz chocolate hulk and the young lady who made it didn't even fill my cup all the way up.She filled it right below the line of the top rim of the cup. I'm sorry but when I pay this kind of money for a drink I wouldlike it to be full. They were very nice but I'm only leaving a 1 star because you should never short a customer in what theybuy.
