They do not have basic flavors and the employees from the start they greet you with rudeness.
They hire only teens because they get pay the minimal and these kids don't care about good customer service.

Every time I go to this specific location they never have any thing and are so sloppy. Sometimes they close hours before closing... time although online it says they are open. Along with this, whenever i happen to go for milkshakes they seem to never havechocolate ice cream?? shockingly enough, today i called before hand to see if they had chocolate ice cream and they said yes butwhen we got to the ordering window they had no milk? I am only giving a one star review because they never have some of the most common flavors of ice cream in stock: I.E chocolate... or mint chocolate chip. It's a last resort type of place. First of all, I don't like the refrigerators work well. I've been there 2 or or 3 times and... all those time, I had to receive the ice cream in cup because is was melting. The prices don't help. It's a little over pricedfor my liking. Another bad thing were the workers. They take forever to serve. Don't even attempt to order anything other thanice cream. Forget about that shake you wanted. Honestly, I'd rather go to Friendly's. The employees are lazy. They were not attentive, there were only 2 other customers and they were slow and ignored us. There... aren't that many flavors and the ones they have aren't very good. They was very nice, professional and very quick. It only took about 5 mins to get out drink and they was great. They messed up... one of our drink but fixed it immediately without any issues. They was finish remaking it before we even left the counter. Ireally appreciate there service and will be back. Read more
