This place does not know how to treat employees, the manager there who they call ?mama? is very mean, she does not respect... people with disabilities, this place is a shame, screams at the employees and also has no consideration. In every company thereis time to train people right . And after 5 days people could still have questions and be confused . Extremely poor service. NEVER order online for pickup @ this Elmwood park; this location has a habit of marking the order... complete on apps but not prepare the sandwiches. It?s woefully short staffed and incredibly apathetic management who DO NOT carefor customer service. I have experienced these behaviors several weekends at this location. At one time the poor person who wasworking called in the management (in front of customers) for back up help as there were a lot of people waiting on a Friday andshe was the only one working, but the owner said that they didn?t care how long people have to wait!!.. I usually have great customer service in this subway except for today , Spoke to an employee prior to leaving a go fund jar for... the school?s high school graduation project about a month ago , the employee said he would speak to the owner but thought thereshould be no problem and if there was they would call for me to pick up the jar, I left my number on the jar. I came back todayto check on the jar and to buy a sandwich and the employee working today said very rudely how I can not just assume I couldleave jars anywhere , I did try to explain to him how I spoke to an employee prior to leaving it and he again rudely said wellyou can not assume and cut me off , I did end up just buying the sandwich because the other employee was being very nice to mebut will not be coming back to this location again Read more
I used to come here more often but took a break ,Today i decided to come back and got the samething i always get when i go to... subway and got charged more than what i used to pay i asked if price went up she said no everything is the same it was ok not abig of a deal but i get home the bread was hard i mean it was tosted like i asked, i always ask for tosted and it never thathard and also the cookies where very hard as well they are usually soft.
