I placed an order threw DoorDash this evening, not only was the food cold but all tacos we supposed to be without tomatoes yet... all tacos had them. My daughter has gotten me hooked on the Chalupas. We order them with black beans instead of chicken. Between these and the... Cinnabon desserts I am addicted. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I ordered the chalupa with blackbeans and decided totry adding rice. Then I found out that it wasn't white rice and changed my order to without. Love Taco Bell and recently moved to the area and this is the nearest one to me. Consistently poor with customer service, food... quality, and order accuracy. I tried using the app to avoid issues and there's usually inventory problems and still inaccurateorders. Recommend avoiding this location and go to other better options in the surrounding area, even if it takes extra time. Read more
Was missing a grande crunchwrap on the side and received a regular crunchwrap instead of the grande crunchwrap for the meal.... Food was messy and cold, the order taker was very rude. I just ordered with Uber Eats & unfortunately the worst I ordered 3 nacho fries and they were stalled and cold ???????? waste of... money , can?t even eat it . I also ordered a steak chalupa and in it was 2 pieces of steak LITERALLY ??????? The food was not cooked all the way and just mushed together. I?ve never had problems with Taco Bell but this Taco Bell was NOT... it. All the food was poorly cooked and made. I had to throw out half of it. Read more
Basically, the menu options are excellent value for money. amazing food! you can choose from many menu options. but Essentially,... the overall dining experience is very nice. Legitimately the best restaurant in the area. I love the service at the place. Read more
