First time in Elora ... messed up the order, forgot the espresso until my... husband reminded her, clerk very unfriendly to my husband through drive thru and the final straw after listening to my husband'sterrible customer service experience ... no milk in my coffee. This is easily the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The drive through is randomly closed often. Probably because of staff... shortages. Seems like a high employee turnover. If you go in because the drive through is full, it seems like they ignore you.Only ever 1 till open. It took me 15 mins to get a coffee last time. Only 5 people in line ahead of me. Read more

If I could give this location no stars I would I went through the drive through ordered a bagel with cream cheese super simple... order. They didn?t cut the bagel and when asked them to cut it they seemed very annoyed the first girl actually said no then thecashier ended up taking it back after holding my money/change and cut it with his bare hands which is super unsanitary and justgross. Also they put herb and garlic cream cheese instead of the regular cream cheese I ordered but that was the least of myproblems. just not a good location they mess up my order almost every time I will not be retuning and highly suggest to anyoneelse, driving a couple extra km to a different location don?t waste your time or money here Read more
Noone picks up the phone. Called for over 30 minutes. Ordered 12 donuts and only got 8. Their customer service is horrible. The... business is like most Timmies poorly set up and operated. We waited 10 minutes, in store, before even being acknowledged. Read more
This Tim Hortons is the worst! They mess up your order quite often, even when it's right it's not usually done well. The last... time I get a bagel with cheese and bacon it, it had one strip of bacon literally. Whoever served me at the window the last fewtimes is very unfriendly as well. Read more
Zero rating if it was possible... Every time through the drive through multiple people take your order. one to greet and ask... for your order and another to finalize. I've had up to three people talking through the intercom.. Its strange at best Lasttime they even switched up mid sentence... get to the window, pay, handed the wrong order. Correct them and told I was onlycharged for half the order. told them to charge me for the rest then.. In fairness, the young lady taking payment was trainingwith her manager, but, i suggested maybe not rotating through people taking the order and they may get it right. I was told shewas training so I asked if he was her manager. I suggested again and was asked if I understand the word training and not todemotivate her... this from their manager. no wonder the service is poor and all the negative reviews.
