The petite male manager is a joke. There is also no knowledgeable cashier. I was given a hard time over something that Burger... King was at fault for. I had a BK gift card and the cashier told me I couldn't use because I was out of the region to use giftcards.... Ummm...what?! That guy is a smart one. Their new system was declining my gift card (that had never been used beforeand had funds on it)...then the petite male manager accused me of trying to pull a fast one and told me that I had indeed usedmy gift card and the balance was zero. Ummmm, what?! I ended up calling Customer Service because what if something was reallywrong with my gift card.... Come to find out, it was BK's brand new system they just installed. My gift card was indeed, full offunds. The petite guy should've handled things way differently. The "smart guy" shouldn't of been sarcastic, because you need toactually be smart to have a sarcastic response. You don't laugh at a customer that is seeking the root of the issue. I walked over to this Burger King from Petro to get a meal. I ordered a whopper meal with cheese and no onions and with bacon.... Proceed to wait for them to call my number and when I sat down to eat the meal I was not satisfied at all with the burger Iordered. The burger looked like it was just thrown together with the barely existent lettuce and tomatoes looked they were theonly thing fresh and the meat was not warm at all after one bite.. I took it back to the counter to the young lady working andtold her the burger wasn't warm at all and she didn't even say she was sorry about the problem and I told what the burger wasand I told her I wanted a fresh burger cooked off the grill! So I waited for them to remake the burger fresh. Second timearound was better with fresh hot burger to eat and enjoy! Why is it so hard to get a fresh hot burger off the grill everytimeand not something that was already cooked ahead of time and probably put in a bin to keep it hot for the next customer to eat? Next time I stop here in Eloy to park for the night I will not come back to this Burger King! So everyone else who reads thisreview, you have been warned! Check your meal! I usually don't go to burger king because I always get a burger with cold patties but I thought I'd try anyway, ordered a double... Whopper with cheese and a large order of fries, fries were cold, the burger wasn't that bad except they put bacon and a ton ofjalapenos on it, idk if this was some joke or not but I won't be coming back. My experience was ok. No issues but I really thing this place can use a makeover badly. It would really make the employees feel... happier and the guests lively. I walked in at night and just felt dark old not happy. Just my point of view. Read more
Seriously in need of an exterminator......didn't notice until we ordered and sat down but there were bugs EVERYWHERE inside the... restaurant. On the benches, all over the floor the window sills....everywhere. Dead and alive. If the dining room looked likethat I can't imagine what the kitchen looked like. Definitely don't recommend.
