Would have given zero stars if I could. We stopped on our way back to California. No one greeted us or said anything until we... ordered. We placed order for double cheeseburger, taquitos, and fried zucchini. After 10 minutes the order taker asked thecook where the zucchini was - apparently they gave it to someone who didn't order it. They argued for a minute and then finallymade another order. No apology or acknowledgement, tried to cover it up by saying they were waiting on zucchini. Meanwhilerest of order sat on counter getting cold. There were only 3 parties in restaurant and we watched them get another order wrongand ignore a man who kept saying excuse me for 5 minutes. The employees just don't care there. It was 15 minutes to get ourorder, totally unacceptable. In the drive thru they kept having people move forward and park. No wonder the McDonald's next doorwas packed and this place empty. We love our local Carl's but this place was ridiculous. Read more
Average Carl's Jr food and a decent clean place to eat but the staff is mostly Spanish speaking kids and a few adults that... assume if your non Hispanic you can't understand Spaninsh. They really tear on the snowbirds and heavier customers. Not apleasant experience if you can understand them. VERY unprofessional. Read more
I ordered a breakfast burger one morning when I got off work. I wanted it double I paid 18$ for it just to get home an find out... it was one Patty in it!!! This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced moving out here. Read more
12:15am I pulled up drive thru and waited googled what time they closed while waiting said 1 am still no response pulled up to... window lady just cleaning not paying attention to us at all went next door to MC Donald's spent 32 bucks could been yourprofit. Read more
Stopped here on the way to Phoenix, l was greeted and my order was promptly taken. In short order the food was prepared and... delivered. I ordered x2 Western Bacon cheeseburger meals. We found the food pleasant and without any issues. Read more
They close down the dinning room early so there is no way for truckers to eat. The gal was condescending and obviously took some... joy in turning me away when I tried to walk through the drive-through, and refused to serve me at the drive-through, citing?policy?, even though there wasn?t a car in sight. We had a very long, hard day, and swung through for a couple burgers and tacos. I was so tired I could barely see the menu. I... asked if they had shredded beef tacos. She said yes. I said I would like 2 please. On reviewing the order, I asked again to makesure the tacos were shredded beef, and she said yes. I paid at the window, but made the mistake of not checking them there. Gothome, nasty hamburger-a$$ tacos, and I don't even think they're real meat. Anyone that doesn't know the difference shouldn't beworking at a place that sells Mexican food. I'm sorry, but she knew what she was selling, and flat out lied about it. Not thefirst time I've been frustrated with this location, just the first time I've been upset enough to say anything about it here,which I probably wouldn't, except they won't even answer the phone now.
