I don't get a discount for ordering my own food on their system... we take a table number and sit down... right on the table... number it says to" put it on the table and relax, your delicious food is on the way" 20 minutes later I finally walk up and myorder that was dine in is sitting in a to go bag on the counter... get back to the table with the kids and it's all cold andsoggy... they refuse a refund or to make fresh food because "they called my number" they called out my receipt number not mytable number.... what's the point of the table number.... get it together if you're going to keep raising prices Read more

The front where you order your food no one that was working was paying attention to any of its customers ??????,our food order... was all wrong , the so called AST manager looked at my whole family like we just ruined her day the lady which is a Mexicanaccent where is her hair up in a ponytail where's glasses she was extremely rude and disrespectful what we ordered is not whatwe got and when we went back to three times to the front so tell him about the order mind you spending $30 it was like we wereputting her out they didn't give us no straws no ketchup no napkins no no nothing and we asked for extra onions there was noextra onions there was barely any onions on the bird and actual burger that my husband got was absolutely wrong incorrect wasnot what he ordered so we will not be going there again so this is why I give you ? Sat outside in one of their spots and checked in to say I was there for my order. Half an hour later I had to go inside to get... my order which they hadn?t even started. Other time ordered ahead through the drive through waited in the line only to get tothe order window and be told they can?t do mobile orders through the drive through. So have to wait to get out of the line I?mblocked in at to get off and go inside to wait for my order to be made again. Avoid this McDonald?s if at all possible. Read more
