Employees are absolutely disrespectful and any kind of interaction leaves the customer feeling like aninconvenience. So sorry that I had to pull you away from your phone and your hiding place behind the wall next to the registerto do the job at the place you chose to work at. THIS HAS BEEN THE CASE EVERY VISIT not just a one off or once in a while whichI could probably deal with and not even bother writing a review. Then theres the food, the product itself, tastes as though it'sbeen sitting out all day long and nothing seems even remotely fresh. Your better off spending your money at the A&W or the Tacobell at this place but even those are not so great and I assume are the same owners as the pizza place I just gave kind words ofpraise. So all in all just dont go to the T/A to eat, I know my family and I will no longer be spending our money there. Idon't review often and they're never this long but this place has stuck a nerve. So I?m a truck driver who regularly stops here for food. I can honestly say that every time I come, I get the rudest employees... I?ve ever encountered at any restaurant. Is there a rating lower than 1 ? Mother's day I arrived to purchase two stromboli and salads. An extremely rude Young Hispanic... woman seemed quite bothered to walk from the kitchen to the counter. Upon her delayed arrival to greet a customer this is whatshe said : We don't have breakfast, what we have is what You see - what do You want. I requested two stromboli and two salads -Her reply - You don't see them - we dont have them. I suggested she look at the advertising menu. She walked back to thekitchen. First time going to TA in a long time. I live in Arizona, but thought of stopping by for lunch. Big mistake. I thought instead... of pizza I will have a salad, spaghetti, and veggies. I asked for Italian dressing for the salad and for my receipt. Instead offinishing my order since no one else was there, another customer came in. She took care of him at the cashier. No receipt wasgiven, and no dressing was given or placed on my salad. She just packed everything. I go home and the food was aweful except thesalad. I ate the spaghetti which had no spices, just plain and the veggies were yuk. I spit them out. I spent about $14.00 onthis? What a joke. Not going back. Go to another place. Read more
Really Sbarro? More than $4 for a Totino's size slice of pizza? And your sign says 2nd slice only $3.19 plus tax. When I... informed the employees about being charged full price for the second slice, I got blank looks and nothing done. I often stop here when im travelling back to Phx, AZ and the food is somewhat better than all the other fried foods. So here I... get the salads or steamed veggies but I feel this place can use a little more help with workers. Only two gals are here. Oneworks as the server and cashier and one in back making the pizzas. It would be great if you could have more food available anddo something to keep it looking fresh, not so dry. There are only 3-4 spinach stromboli available that don't look as dry as theothers so people go for that one 1st. By the time one gets to the front of the line the spinach stromboli are gone because it'sthe only one that looks appealing since the other ones n pizza are dry. Since the charter buses have a stop here, Sborro shouldbe prepared to have more food available. The spaghettiis dry & crunchy, the food is practically gone by the time everybody getsto the front of the line and they tell us that they will make more strombolis later but in the meantime, the long line of peoplefrom the chartered buses are waiting and the drivers have a schedule to keep, therefore they cannot wait for a long time to havethe people aboard the buses.
