I don't know, I get a bit tired of having to park in a curve side Parking for a "drive thru service." Maybe it should be called... a park thru. That would make more sense. Also The mic was hard to hear the person from the menu screen. The speaker may be blownor the mic setting is top low. They are polite and get the order right. That why I didn't put a 1 star. I love this location!! Manager and staff are on top of things. Have gone several times and they are on point. Food was nice and... hot, employees were friendly and everything I ordered was done correctly. Way to go Read more
I just drove from Arizona to Monte Alto, Texas, a city right next to Elsa, Texas. I'm hungry and 3 restaurants are open,... Whataburger, McDonald's, and Jack n the Box. So I stop by Jack n the Box because they are the only restaurant without a hugeline. I get to the drive thru and no one answers. I call the phone #, no one answers. I go to the window and the employeesliterally run away from the window laughing. I can see being young and stupid it is ok when you are not working, but while youare at a work environment there should be a level of professionalism no matter what job you may have. The assistant manager ormanager was there as well and did not do anything to alleviate the situation. The individuals that were working last nightincluding the managerial staff is costing the company money. This is the second time I go to this particular Jack and its beenthe worse experience I've ever received. Read more
Giving a 2 star because the fries were good but my burger was not it, all I tasted was meat, like my Mayo was not existent

Order combo with curly fries on both.was given regular fries,called to inform employee but phone would be going to a full mail... box. Phoned several times.no answer ohh well this customer is non existent. Read more
