They are always out of Alfredo pasta,Pepsi and other items. We usually order on the phone and they always say we are out of... Alfredo pasta, so we ha e to drive to Weslaco location. It's been months so we decided to dine in as a family. We arrived at9:45 and we sat ourselves because there was no one to sit us. We waited for 15 mins for them to come and take our order, butthey wouldn't come so my wife went to tell them we were waiting. After 5 more minutes a guy came and asked what we wanted todrink. I said Pepsi and he said we only have diet, so we said ok diet. Then My wife said can we have the Alfredo family pastaand he said we are we out of that too. It was obvious they didn't want to serve us because they didn't want to work for one morehour since they close at 11 pm. They have very young people working and they are too lazy. Read more
I love pizza hut the wings are just to die for and the pizza was okay ???? I'm just sad that I got my pizza before closing I... spent $56 and some change on a big dinner box with wings and couldn't call to complain. I paid for extra cheese on both mypizzas and none came with extra cheese this is not the first time this has happened ???????? it was more bread and sauce thananything. I'm sad about my experience here because I always spend a good amount of money here just to not get what I paid for. Iwill not be ordering from this pizza hut ever again because this is not the first time I order and pay for extra cheese and I donot receive it on my order so I'm starting to think it is something done on purpose by this pizza hut because one or two timesokay but past 4xs already! Placed the order for a pan and stuff crust. I got two thin crust. Worst thing is that I waited an hour and a half for it. I... waited at home until I got the notice that it was ready. I went In to pick up the pizza and they said it wasn't ready. I waited50 minutes only to get the wrong order. I didn't open the box until I got home. Read more
