The cashiers are very friendly and smiling, very good customer service, unfortunately I can see that there is very little staff... so there is very little product for sale, a few days ago I went for plain sugar donuts and they were not in stock at the moment,Anyway, the girl kindly offered me other varieties of donuts, I ended up buying the glazed donuts, they are delicious too, butthey should have product in stock and for that more staff are needed working, Attention Managers ???? Staff is great but these are not Shipley?s donuts. Completely different recipe or they are not doing something right.
I dined in at 7am, greeted by pleasant employees. I liked the jalapeño kolaches, they were tasty though I wish the sausage were... a bit bigger. I hope they expand the coffee flavors. For example, for the iced coffee they have salted caramel but vanilla andhazelnut should be standard offerings, imo. They did have vanilla creamer though. The pastries I got (please see my photos) Itried and were good. Whataburger could take a note as their cinnamon rolls for example are too pricey. The chair design isquite uncomfortable and I had to sit diagonally on the seat...but that's on me for being too fat lol. If you don't have excessadipose, then you shouldn't have this problem.
