I encountered a very rude woman- I don't recall her name, but she's using a mobile scooter for her leg...I was attempting to... place my order & was told the nuggets would take about 10 minutes. I just asked if I could have a cinnamon pretzel instead &she was like I said THE nuggets would not be ready..1st of all I was placing my order & completing my transaction with the man @the register who I initially encountered. ordered for delivery. kids were excited. waited the 40 minutes described just to get a phone call after delivery time passed... there was a mistake and we are not getting our pretzels. very disappointed. never dealing with auntie Anne's again!!! my paymentwent thru but I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund? you took my money instantly but i have to wait for a refund!!?? poorly run! This location is very convenient, it is located by the Walmart in Morgantown, I work near the location so I frequent pretty... often dot-dot-dot they are friendly, fast service, and the prices are reasonable...
