If i could give a negative star i would. Very horrible experience. There is a sign that says fresh food made to order during... slow times so, that's what we were expecting. Well we got COLD fries! Then we also had a order of fried chicken (2 thighs). Thechicken had more breading than chicken and it was smaller than my pointer finger. Very over priced for what we got. I only make this 44 mile drive for the double r burger. It's great. One of my favorite fast food burgers.

Had never been there but saw the signs and went. The inside of the restaurant was dirty it looks like they get a pretty good... crowd in there and was busy but garbage was visible to be seen as the garbage receptacles were open inside the restaurant. Thecondiment and soda station was not working and was also dirty. The salad condiments where unappealing. The food was mediocre. For the third time in a row, this location had no roast beef. Most recent visits were early afternoon, third visit was mid... afternoon. When I'm in the mood for a Roy's Roast Beef Sandwich, I don't want to substitute it with a dry cheeseburger or friedchicken. Read more

This is very bad experience we had here in this restaurant, we paid $35 and they dont put the salads the condominiums you have... to do it your self the salads as you see outside not cover flys all over the place discussed, never ever will come to this placeagain. Came here for roast beef they were out ordered fried chicken told they were out. Ordered the worst chicken sandwich I have ever... eaten. While waiting for my sandwiches they put 2 pans of fried chicken in the window. Will not eat here again. Read more

They were out of roast beef, so I had a chicken sandwich. At a roast beef sandwich place. Amazing. Now, I will say the chicken... itself wasn't bad, but I didn't care for the sauce. Completely a fail. I went here for fried chicken. They were always great for the fried chicken. However the employee stated they... ran ???????????? of chicken at 6pm and turned off the ovens and this was at 8pm So even though it closes at 9pm they didn'tfeel the need to put more chicken on. Not even chicken sandwiches or nuggets or anything chicken. He did say they had a lot ofMac and cheese. Yay? They did have beef and fish. But that was a total let down. The roast beef sandwich was overcooked. Theemployee who dipped it in the liquid probably had the setting too high. The beef was dry as hell with no condiments to put ontop of it. At least I didn't see any (or offered any). They barely had any napkins at one dispenser. The bag that my sandwichwas in wasn't even branded, it was a cheap brown paper bag. Now I could care less about the bag but I started to think thisrestaurant isn't a good place if they are cheaply run at everything. I personally don't think I'll be stopping by here anytimesoon.
