I love coming to this Starbucks! I?ve been here probably a dozen times since it opened last spring and everyone is super kind... and friendly and the orders are never wrong. I?ve sat inside to do work many times, a great place to do so as it is rarelypacked. Stopped here on our way home from Shady Maple which is about an hour drive from us. My drink tasted great and I love that this... location keeps the bakery items in the plastic. Terrible! Went at an off time, just after 4 pm thinking it wouldn't be busy. After repeating my order multiple times I sat in a... line of 4 cars for over 10 minutes. Once I got to the window I had to sit and wait for the girl at the window to acknowledge me.She was having a conversation with another girl, I assume the supervisor, who was telling her how she needs to keep the linemoving. Yet she was holding up the cashier and holding up the line. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap. What I got was afrap with no carmel in it. It tasted like blended cream and melted ice. The whipped cream even looked flat. No "crunch" thatmakes it a carmel ribbon crunch. I wasn't going to try to go back to correct it or get a refund since it took so long. Saveyourself your money and time. There are other local coffee shops who will make you a much better drink with fast and friendlyservice. Read more
This location is constantly not making drinks right. I frequent very often to this Starbucks and not once have I ever gotten my... drink made right(I am an ex Starbucks barista), especially with the cold foams. If someone is asking for foam, they want foam,not sweet cream on top of their drink. They are very picky about who they hire but can never get employees that actually makethe drinks right, which is absurd due to the training they receive. Read more
