On July the 15 2022 around 8pm CT time ..I ordered online and walked in at my appointment time ! 8pm and found out that the... system was having problems and they were out of the stuff I ordered..Let me tell you ! This young man and woman workingtogether..Made sure that I left with a smile they suggested alternatives and..They took great care of me ! They were very kindand I was super kind back to them ..Theses two individuals make Dickey?s look like a awesome company..They we?re so sweet andvery caring ..I definitely highly recommend this location! Not too happy about getting charged the wrong price for my food. Got the brisket sandwich meal and was told I could get 1 side... and a drink or 2 sides and no drink. I picked the 2 sides no drink option. And instead of getting charged the $9.99 price I gotcharged $13.50 for it. Then after I ask them about it they tell me the brisket meal with 2 sides costs more then the 1 side anddrink option. Which they should have told me from the start instead of making think they were the same price. I do not think Iwill spend my money here ever again. Read more
First, the service was only superficially nice. I didn't notice at first, but really noticed after I'd paid. Quality customer... service is an art, so I'm not furious, though I did leave feeling deflated. Second, this is fast food & aren't we paying enoughfor everything already? Tipping, to me, is for sit-down meals. I did tip & pretty well. ???? It is difficult for me not to, whenasked. Yet, it leaves me not wanting to return. They bragged about how big their bonuses are & I'm here, trying to see whatgoals I can afford to work on. Third, I was overcharged. As if the almost $17 menu price wasn't outrageous already, it rang upfor over $22, before the tip, so almost $27 for 1 person to eat 1 meal. I look at the small sides, lack of dessert or drink, & Ifeel angry. I had to think, what am I feeling? It's anger. So, I was venting to a friend & she said to leave a review. I'm notdoing it to be vindictive. I just thought you should know this Texas boy has moved on. I haven't even been able to enjoy themeal. It sits in the bag, getting cold because I'm too upset to enjoy it. _____ Update: So, I was told there was BBQ sauce.Glad I asked for extra, because that's all I got. The meat. Took advantage of some daily specials including 2 for $24 & the Tuesday 3-Rib dinner for carryout order. Also ordered 9 Spicy... Buffalo wings. All BBQ dinners tasted delicious. Barbecue sauces were missed on order. Price was fair. 4.5 Stars. Read more
I never had meals from Dickey's till today and let me tell you, was good ????????the marinade chicken is exelente!!!
This is smoked polish sausage and pulled pork. Sandwich is huge actually enough for two people or save other half for later like... I did. So thankful these types of restaurants are now inside of truckstops its been way over due for truck drivers. Read more
