Food was excellent. Service great. Highly recommend.

Came here with my spouse to eat breakfast, food was served on dirty dishes, staff informed, the did not remake the food,... re-plated the food on more dirty dishes, and gave an attitude when we asked for the food to be remade. We have been here a fewtimes, and today, we were highly disappointed in the service. Read more

BLT was dry and not very tasty. French fries were good. Waitress was very nice and friendly.

Returning from Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Place is right off Rt. 53. Food was in need of more spice but tasty generous... portions. Breakfast all day, just ask for that menu. Meals come with soup or salad. I'd highly recommend this Elwood ILestablishment. Read more

Food was outstanding. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very very friendly and made it feel very family friendly.... Would highly recommend the French onion soup! The chipotle chicken wrap had a hint of spice, but the nice thing is you couldadd more with the dressing that is served on the side. Lasagna was also very good too. Read more

In these times of Pandemic Many Restaurants have lost there sense of customer service, with skimpy menus and and under staffed... over privileged slackers. NOT THIS PLACE! The Menu was extensive with plenty of "WOW I never thought of that" options and youreveryday classic options also. The staff was excellent and it felt like I warped back to the 90s when it comes to paying forwhat I want. So refreshing compared to the new norm of pay and get what they wanted to give you. I thought it had nice seating and a nice design. However the overhead music was just TOO loud for comfort. Could not hear our... group. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the salmon, which itself was delicious was only served on a large plate with apiece of lettuce. The plating left some to the imagination I guess. Definitely great food but a boring plating situation. I'dadd some kind of vegetable (green beans or something) in the corner of the plate. Just an idea. The waitress did work kindly andquickly as we had a decent sized group. I asked for green beans to go with my salmon instead of fries and she offered an optionthey had which I thought was sweet, she didn't have to. Read more
