Elizabeth may be the rudest worker I have ever seen. Came in to order 10 6" subs and was talked to like we just ordered 100. Was... told we need to call 24 hours ahead to prepare. Now we would wiping out there inventory of bread. Mind you this only 5 foot longsubs. I find the staff here very helpful and friendly. It also has the freshest SubWay subs i have had. And I travel from coast to... coast. Way to go Elwood!! Read more

Service is good. The people that work there are positive. Quality of the vegetables is lacking. This location does not accept... coupons which makes it feel like they are taking advantage of the community due lack of options in the area. $20 for 2 mediocresandwiches without a side and drink is robbery. Was told that I was not getting free Sub, which I didn't even knew they were giving free 6inch Subs until I got there. The older... woman was very rude. The lady in front of me got 5 free subs saying "IT IS WHAT IT IS" like 5 times. I don't know maybe that gotthe woman working at subway mad leading her to be rude to me. Actually, Dave.. no I?m not a liar. I also have no idea how would you would know anything that was happening because you were... not there. I spoke to Tina on the phone and I was yelled at by Beth. I have two receipts that say I ordered six subs each so Ihave no idea where you?re getting 32 from. And then came in to order six more because it showed turkey and ham were notavailable online. Before I could order that, Beth started yelling at me and refused to make my sandwiches Even though they werepaid for.. Makes a lot of sense, right? A sub sandwich place that can?t make sandwiches during lunchtime! Looks like on top offixing peoples attitudes we need to teach people how to count. Would give 0 stars after my experience today. I had two online orders of 6 subs each. Went into the restaurant to order 6 more... at the counter since the website showed the ham and Turkey was out of stock. The employee literally started YELLING at me sayingshe?s not making ANY of my sandwiches because 18 is too many during rush hour lunch. (Yes it?s a lot- but you?re a sub sandwichplace and I was in no rush at all?she would have known that if she let me speak before yelling at me) she literally justrefused without me saying a WORD to her! I even spaced out my online orders 30 min apart to give them time to make. She startedmocking me and told me to stop smirking when I tried explaining myself. There were people in line behind me, I cannot believeshe acted that way with people watching. I?m still so thrown off 4 hours later, thinking I can?t believe this happened. Sherefused to make any sandwiches so I left empty handed even though I PAID for my orders. She told me to get refunded online. Sheshould be fired from that situation alone.
