Always poorly running and rarely do you get hot food. The long lines just remind me to look over and notice the Wendy's across... the road that is working perfectly and I just go there! Read more
This is by far one of the nastiest McDonald's I have ever been too. There wasn't any toilet paper in the bathrooms. The floors... weren't swept, the drink station had pop spilt on lids and the straws. Plus the tables were dirty and sticky. Read more
First time I had the extra crispy chicken. Who the hell much is chicken sandwich with only pickles on it. I had them pulled the... pickles out and I got it dry sandwich very disappointed. The El cheapo McChicken sandwiches are much better. Read more
They can't even get your order right. The food is horrible because it's been under a heat lamp. Crispy chicken ? Try rubber... chicken. Read more
My wife ordered on the app for me to pick up. when I got to the store, the manager was incredibly rude and condescending,... telling me I needed to have the phone the order was placed on. so I drove back home and got her phone just for them to not honormy order when I got back since breakfast was over by that time. their customer service is severely lacking and I do notrecommend Elwood's location. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Waited in line for 10 minutes before lady in front of me drove off because she got tired of... waiting. While the other line was having their orders taken instead. 5 cars went through the other line before I finally spokeinto the speaker and asked if it was broken. Then when I paid and went to other window to get my order all they handed me was 2drinks and said have a nice day. When I had ordered 2 complete meals. Last time I went there they gave me the wrong order. Timebefore that they gave me my sandwich and drink but not the fries. Read more
They was under staffed and had to close the dine in lobby but the drive through was open. Even with the under staffing I think... they did a wonderful job. Read more
