I ordered 2 pizzas and the mix and match pasta for a total of $39.48. I also used my rewards for a pizza. I did not get the... marinara pasta. When I called the person who said they were the manager said it is not one of each pasta....so I took a pictureof my order, the menu, and what I paid. He finally agreed to make the marinara pasta. I order from Pizza Hut often but not goingto be often any more. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly and quick service I received on 7/23/21 at our local Pizza Hut. The staff was very... friendly. Our pizza ready within 30 seconds of our arrival. It was fresh out of the oven and I was out of the door in no time,with a thank you from the staff. I would like to see that good, friendly service the next time I order; so I will reserve thathighest rating for my future pick up! Their pizzas recently have been just amazing! Honestly, 6months ago it was pretty iffy on whether or not your order would be... good or correct. I dont know what has changed, but orders have not only been right, but hot, delicious, on time. Big turnaround! Thanks Elwood Pizza Hut! Read more
What a horrible experience I had tonight. 1.20.20 at 5 pm. The manager refused to give me her name. I was treated like a lying... criminal. I have had mistakes on my order the past 3 times, never calling to complain. Finally tonight I call and the shiftmanager argues with me. I try to explain it (remaining calm) and she repeatedly put me on hold during me talking. Horriblecustomer service. It took us years to start ordering pizza here again, and after tonight, it will be years again. I can?tbelieve Pizza Hut allows their customers to be treated with such hostility with someone who was respectful and calm. I justwanted the right pizza. Read more
