This Burger King is, so friendly they always are nice and ,get your food out fast to you and made exactly how you want it!.the... mangers are super nice and when something is forgotten they immediately get it out to you I have had an amazing time eating inthe diner and going through the drive through they have amazing staff and there team work is Phenomenal great experience anddefinitely recommend others to come and eat at South Belt Burger King Read more
The food was horrible!!! I won't go back. I went to the one by Midwest office supply. The fish sandwich was old and black like a... month old French fries were hard as a rock. And I called them they said no refund ,but would give me more food. Not hardly itwas that bad. I'm done going there. Also they said they take cash only no cards what's up with that. Sounds Fishy!!!!! I went through the drive thru this morning to grab a quick breakfast before driving to Maryville. There were no other cars in... line so I pulled up at 7am, ordered, paid, and was told to pull forward and it would be brought out to me. Well, after 10minutes I was good and irritated, how long can it possibly take to make 2 ham, egg and cheese croissants? The car behind me wasalso pulled, but at least they got their order at the same time as mine. Every restaurant has developed the common practice ofpulling vehicles even if there are no cars behind them and it's ridiculous. Your drive thru times are going to be sad if youmove like sloths in the kitchen, stop lying to yourselves and trying to hide it from corporate. I never eat Burger King because I never found one I?ve enjoyed. I?ve been on the road from ND to Louisiana and it was the... closest fast food restaurant near me at the time. LET ME TELL YOU!!! I absolutely love this Burger King. The food was great. Thefries were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfectly salted. *chefs kiss* Absolutely love it. They had a guy thatjust started and they were teaching him well making sure he had everything straight. They were very kind and generous with theportions. ???? Couldn?t make my burrito correctly. Guy at the window was terrible . I will never come back to this bk . Disgusted with how lazy... someone could be working for a fast food restaurant.Had too put my own hash browns from my meal in my burrito . Nothing aboutthis burrito was enormous except the tortilla. This is a very nice Burger King! It looks like it recently had a renovation and looks more modernized then others I have... visited. We came in for breakfast and had a bacon, egg, & cheese croissant, a sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit, and an order ofhashbrowns. I could see (from the front counter) that the employee was making everything fresh and not just grabbing sandwichesthat were already made. We appreciate the good meal and friendly service. Thank you! I will never go back to this burger king again! They always tell you they don't have cookies. Last time I complained to the... manager and he told me they always have cookies and anytime I wanted them I could have them, this turned out to be further fromthe truth! I will visit the highland Ave location because they always have cookies and I'm treated better there! Stay away fromthis location unless you want denied things you order! Read more
