VERY friendly service! Received our food quickly and waitress was very attentive of offering refills as needed, and to go boxes... without asking. Went during lunch and it appeared to be a very clean well run business with polite employees. Will return! Read more

I love this place. Reminds me of my grandma, me and my family come here on special events. And I just bought my mom's birthday... gift, she loves Christmas stuff so if you're into that kind of thing you can find great Christmas decor there. The lunch rush appeared to pose no problems for the staff. My family was quickly seated, and within 5 minutes Ethan was there to... take our order. Ethan was back with our food roughly 10 minutes later. Everything was nice and warm, and the portions were verygood. Not suggesting Cracker Barrel is always a 5-star experience, but when they're on, they're on. In my most recent visit, the food... was incredible! The Southern Fried Chicken has been a solid everyday addition to the menu. I was always frustrated CrackerBarrel being a Southern restaurant didn't offer fried chicken. Ever since its been on the menu, it's my go-to. Also, thedumplings are a must, where else can you order them? The loaded casserole tots are a nice premium option. The service wasexcellent and the bread was great. I always enjoy a glass bottle of soda on my way out and a gaze around the country store. On anice night sit in the rocker for a minute and close your eyes. You just might feel like you are somewhere peaceful. This placeis about as good as it gets in St. Joe. Read more

Holy cow! I can't believe it has taken me 40 years to eat at this magnificent establishment! This is a wonderful place to take... your family for good southern comfort food. While you wait for your table, which won't be long, even on a Sunday lunch time, youhave the choice of relaxing on their porch in a custom rocking chair or perusing the store that is full of fun and delightfulthings. I bought a harmonica and old fashioned tootsie roll log on our first visit and a signature Cracker Barrel trucker hat onthe 2nd visit. Every single food item my family and I have ordered has been excellent. Never have we had such fast service tothe table after ordering, both times we've been pleasantly surprised by the prompt and accurate service.
