My order was almost $91.00. It gets delivered and they forgot my 2 orders of breadsticks. After going through the long process... of finally getting a call through to the restaurant, the lady was polite. I told her I got everything (including all of themarinara sauces) but the 2 orders of breadsticks. She put me on hold and a gentleman picked up. He didn?t confirm the problemor give me the chance to confirm. He just wanted to know if I wanted a credit or it sent out. I asked for it to be sent out.After the additional wait, 1 order of breadsticks shows up at our house. Not happy!!! Read more
The ?manager? was rude and unhelpful. The GM told me the website was working fine for everyone else and he doesn?t work in IT.... Then he hung up on me. I got this same error message for over an hour. I was asking them to price match the online price becausethe website was not working for me. It was $5 on a $57 order. Until today we ordered pizza from there frequently. The last fewtimes it had been very salty so the place that we ordered from instead tonight ended up being a better fit for us anyway.
