SO RUDE! I?m usually pretty patient, never know when someone is having a bad day, but this service was above and beyond rude.... The girl taking orders in the drive-thru this morning spoke with the worst attitude. I ended up saying never mind and went toScooters instead just because of the poor service. I normally live Dunkin and the people who work there are USUALLY very nice. We actually went inside the north store this... morning. Beware?a worker named Ashley has a HORRIBLE attitude towards the customer. When I asked to have my bacon cooked a bitlonger-she yelled to the other worker who was helping me ?IT?S FRESH I JUST COOKED IT!!!? I explained it wasn?t that it wasn?tfresh - the bacon was ?raw? in my opinion ? I hate when it?s chewy and slimy. She stood over it complaining and grumbling theENTIRE time she was cooking it. Went to Dunkin donuts. Decided to try the avocado toast. My order arrived. Avocado mash on a slice of SOURDOUGH BREAD. It was... not toasted. I sent up to the counter and asked her if she could please toast my bread. She got her panties In a bundle overasking for the sourdough bread to be TOASTED. So sorry to inconvenience you lady. We went Dunkin Donuts at 1206 N Belt Hwy today (July 26, 2022) at 11:15 am. The drive through attendant was extremely rude and... treated us like our order was an inconvenience. She rushed us so fast we couldn?t even get out our entire order for our familyof six before she decided we had ordered enough and rang up the total. They had no donuts made, so ordering a dozen at elevenin the morning was almost impossible. I was not able to order the donuts I even wanted. If I could I would give zero stars. Read more
Love that they're open 24 hours, when everyone else was closed!! Unfortunately, their online ordering was down, which was a pain... when ordering for 8 people. They also made one of our drinks cold, so I had to come back. It was the drink of the person whopaid for everything, so I kinda couldn't let it go. :-( Read more
I come to this location often, the staff is always friendly. I always just get coffee drinks and they taste delicious.
