I tried to use a mobile app deal which clearly listed the item I was ordering as eligible. When I attempted to explain this to... the manager I was told that he couldn't do anything about mobile app problems and If I was going to have a attitude I could justleave "His" drive thru. He then refused to give me his name. It's not going to be hard for the owners to identify the manager onduty at 7:45 am on Monday morning so I'm not sure what he was trying to accomplish. UPDATE #1: I've managed to retell thisstory atleast a dozen times over the last week. I wonder how many people I'll have to tell before management realizes thattalking over me and being rude probably wasn't the way to go!!!!! Being retired has it's advantages..... nothing but time!!!! UPDATE #2: I had a wonderfull opertunity to speak with 4 Jahovas Witnesses over the weekend. After listing to their story theywrre more than happy to listen to mine. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes just to give my code for my online order. There were only 2 cars in front of me in the... drive thru. When I finally get to the window to get my food it was another 10 minute wait and they didn?t give me my receipt. Myfood was cold. Read more
Rude customer service. Sending messages while taking our order. Watched as we cleaned our own table.
What are the hours of this place? Says online it is 24hrs. Normally they are open at 06:00 but even that is hit and miss. Hate... how when you pull up to the drive thru it asks if you want to use your mobile app so you think it is open so you sit there for 5minutes waiting for someone to talk to you. Then you drive thru and you see people in there. When it is open food is usuallygood though. Just frustrating when you need to get to work and didn't bring breakfast then they are not open when they shouldbe. Read more
Ordered and when I came through the cashier didn't know how to count and had to wait for change, slight inconvenience no biggie,... then when got my order he forgot my mcflurry, by the time I came back through it was completely melted. Horrible customerservice or apology. Pay for food and it better be right. Read more
So first off I pull up at 8pm and no one is in line and they say. Im only accepting cash and its going to be a 10 minute wait. I... say okay and order. No arguments were had and no one was rude. I get to the window. Still the only person there and they saypull up to the curb we are waiting on your Big Mac. So I say okay and wait. It?s another 15 minutes and they hand it to me and Isay thanks and he doesn?t say a word. I get home and both my chicken sandwich and Big Mac had so much sauce you could not evenpick them up. Water is supposed to be free but instead they charge you a $1 and they say sorry we can't do that. Who does this I can easily go... to Starbucks or dary queen and get a free. Water other than that staff are friendly most of the time when you go in lobby. Don'twaste time in drive thru. ???? Read more
