I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and rice- same exact order as the lady and her daughter in front of me. I proceeded to... watch her scoop two servings of chicken into there bowls where I barely got half a scoop. I brought this up to the lady and wasrudely ignored, when I mentioned it again and showed her there bowls versus mine, Claudia said ?one spoon only?. Chow mein tasted pretty bad, got my food to go so tasted it after I was long gone. I?m about 80% positive it was bad cabbage and... it over took all the flavor. Pretty long wait for food but also think that?s due to the pre order system. I can tell the workerswere taking on a lot. Read more
Stopped at 5:30 pm to get some carry out. I ordered the "bigger" plate to go which is 3 entrees. She put two entrees in the... container and shoved it towards the register. The cashier grabbed it and started ringing it up. I said if ordered the 3 entreeversion. She grabbed a tiny container and put a few pieces in it and that was it. Stingy on food. When something is extra charge they do not tell you. They tell you it's your fault after you ask them. Also... plastic found in noodles. "crispy" almond chicken not crispy at all and taste stale like it was there all day.. Read more
Arrived about 2:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon. The store wasn?t busy. The lady that helped us was too distracted in a... conversation with her coworker to take our order at first. When she did take it, she was not very friendly. When she filled my3rd item on a Bigger plate, she only filled it about 3/4 full. It was Teriyaki chicken. When I asked for a little more, she saidno, that you only get one piece of chicken. I?ve been eating at Panda Express for years and have never seen such poor/rudeservice.
